In addition to promoting the "Keep Austin Weird" brand, we also specialize in creating apparel designs for various national preprint markets and also offer custom services such as inhouse screen printing, embroidery and promotional products. Position: Print Production Manager
Outhouse Designs has an immediate opening for a Print Production Manager. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include the day-to-day direction and management of print teams, job scheduling, planning, and implementation of apparel production. Candidate will interact with company departments to coordinate production timelines and maintain deadlines. This is a warehouse position.

Required Skills:
Strong project management, leadership and team motivation skills in order to manage work that requires effective delivery of product to customers. This includes bridging communication between art, sales, shipping and receiving for a full and complete understanding of delivery expectations. The candidate must possess strong organization skills and be proactive in issue identification and resolution, and excellent communication and problem solving skills. Must also possess proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Required Experience:
Must have experience in management of production personnel, budgets and workflow schedules. Additional experience in apparel print industry helpful.

Position: Lead Screen Printer
Outhouse Designs has an immediate opening for an experienced lead screen printer. This is a full-time position. Must be able to set up jobs and run automatic presses.


Position: Sales Person
Leading, well-established local screen-print and promotional products company seeks an experienced, highly motivated and energetic sales person to join our current sales team. Screenprint or promotional product/ad specialty industry sales experience preferred. Or, you should have extensive outside experience selling to a broad based range of Austin businesses.
